Refund policy

Tickets for this event are refundable in full — minus the card-processing fee (roughly 3–5% of the ticket price), which the payment processor does not return — up until 30 days before the event starts.

The event starts on Thursday, December 3, 2026 at 6:00 PM PST. That means a refund request must be received before 6:00 PM PST on Tuesday, November 3, 2026. Requests received after that moment cannot be refunded.

To request a refund, the order's buyer should contact Firsthand Gala directly at simon [at] firsthand [dot] vc, including the buyer's name and the email address used for the order. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
